Regional AGM 2015

The 2015 AGM of the NI Region of U3As was held in Omagh on 15th April, thanks to the hosts Omagh District U3A.   The ougoing chairman, Maeve Gallagher (Shimna U3A) gave Chairman’s Report , the outgoing Treasurer, Irenee Orr (Lisburn U3A) delivered Treasurers report .  The NI Trustee, Stuart Pollard (Causeway U3A) who retires from this post later this year gave Trustee Report .

The new Regional Executive is:
Chairman:  Lila Jackson (North Down & Ards U3A)
Vice-Chairman: Des Rawlings (Upper Bann U3A)
Secretary: Nuala Baxter (East Antrim U3A)
Treasurer: Sheila Leggett (Belfast U3A)
Representative: Gabrielle Deans (U3A Foyle)
In addition the outgoing Chairman (Maeve Gallagher) remains in the NIREC for a further year and the Trustee (Stuart Pollard) remains as a co-opted member for the duration of his trusteeship.
